RecoMcCambry.com, and all affiliated companies currently provides users with access to entrepreneur training resources (training videos, training books, educational software, etc.), various reference and communication tools (newsletters, blogs, articles, etc.), forums, shopping services, advertising and marketing services, social media services, and personalized content (collectively referred to as the “Services”). You also understand and agree that the Service may include sponsorships or advertisements. Most of these Services of RecoMcCambry.com, are provided free of charge. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment the current Service, including the release of new content.
Any and all RecoMcCambry.com services shall be subject to the Terms of Use. You understand and agree that any and all Service is provided “AS-IS” and that RecoMcCambry.com, assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, delivery problems or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

Live Events. If you attend one of our live events, you will be part of an event that is live streaming and recorded. Additionally, there will be still photographs and video segments taken throughout the event by RecoMcCambry.com, Urban Sharks LLC, Novae LLC, The Fatherless Father LLC and any other third-party participant, such as speakers and sponsors. Therefore, the purchase of any live event ticket is made with the understanding that it also contains a WAIVER AND RELEASE, and that you agree to the following:
I irrevocably grant permission to RecoMcCambry.com, Urban Sharks LLC, Novae LLC, The Fatherless Father, LLC and all affiliated companies, to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo. My actual testimony will not be edited. I acknowledge that there will be no compensation for my testimonial. I understand and agree that all photos and videos will become the property of RecoMcCambry.com, Urban Sharks LLC, Novae LLC, The Fatherless Father, LLC and all affiliated companies and will not be returned. I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge RecoMcCambry.com, Urban Sharks LLC, Novae LLC, The Fatherless Father, LLC and all affiliated companies from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization. If my testimony is cut or not used, I agree that this was at the artistic discretion of RecoMcCambry.com, and all affiliated companies and or its affiliates and that I will not take legal action. I also agree that any claims will be Arbitrated through the American Arbitration Association and that jurisdiction for any all claims is Conyers, Georgia. I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE and FOREVER DISCHARGE any and all claims arising out of, or in connection with, such use by RecoMcCambry.com, and all affiliated companies, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or invasion or privacy. I have read the above Release and am fully familiar with the contents thereof. This Release contains the entire agreement between the parties hereto and supersedes any other Agreement that may exist.
Please be advised that we are not able to provide you with an Invitation Letter or any other immigration documentation to assist you in obtaining a Visa to travel to the United States. We advise international purchasers to obtain a travel visa prior to purchasing the live event ticket. If you live in a country that prohibits travel to the United States, we are unable to assist with any documentation. All Live Event tickets are nonrefundable and/or only available for a store credit under certain programs as outlined in these terms and conditions.
WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY VIDEO RECORDING OF OUR EVENTS FOR DISSEMINATION OR COMMERCIAL USE.
Ticketing and Age Requirement. In order to enter any Live Event, you must have Your own valid Ticket. One Ticket is required per attendee and will only be valid on the day(s) of the Event and area(s) of the Event as indicated on the Ticket. Entry into the Event is limited to persons that meet the minimum age requirements on or before the day of the Event. To enter the Event you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older unless the specific event designates that children are permitted. All children must hold their own ticket and will be denied access if they do not have a ticket purchased in their name.
Babies are not permitted to enter the event and you will be denied access if you are accompanied by a baby. This includes babies in strollers, portable car seats, as well as diaper bags, backpacks and strollers. Any live event arena will have its own set of rules to which the Company must abide.
You must have one of the following forms of approved identification to enter the Event that demonstrate proof of age. No exceptions will be made, even if you are accompanied by an adult or a person with valid identification. Failure to provide valid identification shall preclude you from entering the Event and you shall not be entitled to any refund nor will you be entitled to, or will the Company be liable for, any other damages, including, but not limited to, incidental and/or consequential damages. In addition, during the Event, you must be able to provide valid identification if requested by a member of security or crew. If you are not able to show a valid identification, you may be promptly ejected from the Event and you shall not receive a refund of Your Ticket.
The following original forms of identification are ACCEPTABLE and your name must appear on the ticket exactly how it appears on your identification:
• Government-Issued Passport with Photo;
• Government Driver’s License with Photo (U.S. or Canada);
• Military Identification Card with Photo; or
• Government-Issued Identification Card with Photo.
No other forms of identification will be accepted.

Security. In the interest of safety and comfort for all our customers and attendees, you acknowledge that admission to any RecoMcCambry.com, and any affiliated companies event is subject to strict security arrangements and that we may conduct security checks including, but not limited to, checks of the ticket holder’s person and/or x-ray scans of clothing, bags and other items as determined by us, prior to your entering the venue. We do not permit large bags, backpacks or luggage at any of our Classroom events. Any venue where we are holding an event may have its own rules and may also disallow backpacks and large bags. The following items may not under any circumstance be brought into any venue: explosive substances or materials, pyrotechnics, offensive weapons and firearms (including replica or toy firearms), projectiles and similar devices; sharp items e.g. knives (including Swiss army knives) scissors, cutlery and/or screwdrivers; spray paint; padlocks and/or chains; items that make a noise (e.g. whistles); banners, placards and/or flags; alcohol; any other items which in our opinion pose a health and safety risk to, or affect the enjoyment of, the other visitors in any way (“Prohibited Items”). You may not be permitted to enter the venue, or may be ejected from it, and required to surrender any tickets you hold without refund, if you refuse searches or refuse to leave a Prohibited Items with our security personnel. You acknowledge that restrictions and additional terms may apply to any RecoMcCambry.com and any affiliated companies event. You must check the relevant event description for details of any additional terms or restrictions before making a booking. You promise that you, and anyone on whose behalf you make a RecoMcCambry.com and any affiliated companies booking, will observe and comply with any such terms or restrictions.
Jurisdiction. This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to its principles of conflicts of law. In the event of a dispute arising under or relating to this Agreement, the Site or the Materials, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in the State of Georgia, and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts. The Site is controlled and operated by Urban Sharks, LLC from its principal office in Conyers, Georgia and is not intended to subject RecoMcCambry.com to the laws or jurisdiction or any state, country, or territory other than that of Georgia and of the United States of America.
RecoMcCambry.com does not represent or warrant that the Site, or any aspect thereof, are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. Those who choose to access the Site at their own risk and are responsible for complying with local laws. We may limit the availability of the Site to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction we choose, at any time in our sole discretion. You agree not to transport, import, export, or re-export any Site content to a national or resident of any of the following countries: (i) Balkans, Burma (Myanmar), Cuba, Iran, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, or any other country to which the United States has embargoed goods; or (ii) any person or entity on the United States Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Commerce Department’s Table of Deny Orders, and you represent, warrant, and covenant to us that you are not located in or under the control of any such country or on any such list.
If any provision of this Agreement is found for any reason to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severable from this Agreement and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provision. Any heading, caption or section title contained herein is inserted only as a matter of convenience, and in no way defines or explains any section or provision hereof. A party’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. This, together with any of our policies referred to herein, constitutes the entire Agreement between you and RecoMcCambry.com relating to your use of the Site; this Agreement supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous written or oral Agreements between you and RecoMcCambry.com regarding the same subject matter (except other written, fully-executed contracts between you and us). Neither the course of conduct between you and us, nor trade practice, shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. This Agreement is not assignable, transferable or sub-licensable by you except with our prior written consent.

Coaching Programs and Consultations
If you purchase a coaching program from RecoMcCambry.com, you have the ability to get a refund up to 48 hours prior to your coaching session if you want to cancel. After you are within that 48 hour window before your coaching session, no refunds will be granted.

Reco’s ongoing coaching programs, Basic, Intermediate, and VIP have a minimum of 3 monthly payment commitments on each. By completing the purchase of these programs on RecoMcCambry.com, you agree that you are committing to these minimums on the respective programs and can cancel at any time after the initial 3 monthly payments.
After a coaching session or consultation has been completed, there are absolutely no refunds.
Physical Products
Most apparel items are fulfilled by 3rd party suppliers so we cannot refund or exchange the item if you ordered the wrong size, have buyer’s remorse, provide your address incorrectly, or have an unclaimed shipment returned to our 3rd party fulfillment center. Shipments that go unclaimed and are returned will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. If any address is considered insufficient by the courier and is returned, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Any claims for misprinted/ damaged/ defective items/packages lost in transit must be submitted directly to our customer service department within 14 days. Digital Download Products & E-Course Training Programs
There is no refund at all on any digital products. You will receive access to the RecoMcCambry.com training platform for the amount of time that was stated on the product description you purchased. If you have any problems accessing the digital content you have purchased please contact our Customer Support Department immediately at (678) 379-7211 during the hours of 10 AM – 4 PM EST, Monday through Friday, so we can resolve the issue. Purchase of a RecoMcCambry.com training module does not grant rights to the buyer to share, reproduce or resell the product in any way.

All digital and downloadable product sales are final. We do not offer digital product refunds, once a download/digital access has been assigned to you there is nothing we can retrieve back.
Please be advised that any and all agreements for downloadable/digital products, RecoMcCambry.com Training Program digital products are NOT subject to cancellation, refund or store credit. We do not accept any verbal modifications of these Agreements and the “no refund and no cancellation” policy stated in the Agreements is strictly adhered to. AFTER the full term of the agreement has expired, you may request to cancel the automatic renewal of the Agreement or your Agreement will be converted into a month-to-month Agreement. Any cancellations submitted prior to the full term of the agreement will only cancel the auto renewal and your monthly invoices will still be due and owing until the full value of the agreement has been paid in full. ALL BUILD OUT FEES AND SET UP FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE AS THEY ARE SERVICES RENDERED TO CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT. Agreements with a 90 day opt out clause do not include a refund on the initial investment. There is NO refund on digital products or build-out fees. By purchasing on this website, you agree to all Terms of Use and this Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy, including that you agree to not do a charge back for any services rendered, or for digital products that have been delivered. You also agree and acknowledge that you are paying in monthly installments on your total contract value as a payment plan, not a recurring subscription fee.
Cancelling or removing the credit card on file does not cancel your subscription and violates the terms of the agreement. If at anytime you have delinquent invoices past 90 days, or the account is paid delinquently for three consecutive payments, your account will be suspended, and you will still be liable for the full contract value through the term of the agreement.

Gift Certificates and Coupon Codes
If you have received a coupon code for free merchandise or a gift certificate for merchandise from the Company or any of its affiliates, the coupon code or gift certificate is only good for a single use and up to the value on the code or card. Any physical items purchased are in accordance with the refund policy and digital products are nonrefundable and not eligible for exchange or store credit.
Shipping Times
Orders with all items in stock in our main warehouse (Conyers, Georgia) are usually shipped within two business days. Some apparel items and some merchandise products are shipped by 3rd party manufacturers/suppliers directly and usually take between 3 – 10 business days to ship.
Shipping Fees
Domestic shipping charges will be stated at the time of purchase. International orders will incur shipping fees. International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service and can take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive. Expedited shipping is not available for international orders. Please note that some countries will impose additional tariffs on items shipped from abroad. The customer is responsible for any country-specific tariffs and duties. These nation-specific duties are added by your respective governments and are not shipping charges from RecoMcCambry.com. Some orders may warrant additional shipping charges due to weight and size limitation. Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses (entered by the customer) will cause delays in the customer receiving their merchandise in a timely fashion. Additional shipping fees may be charged to reship out an order a second time. An order that is refused will be charged the original shipping plus the return shipping it takes for the package to get back to our facility. All orders shipped via UPS are subject to the “Terms and Conditions of Service” as detailed on UPS.com.
